Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones Review

Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth headphones are great for games, music, Skype conferences, or chatting on the phone. These lightweight headphones posses superior voice recording quality and crisp, clear playback performance. One word that best describes these headphones is quality.

Design

Unlike many badly designed headphones that will hurt your ears or head after an extended period of use, Bose SoundLink Bluetooth headphones can be used for many hours on end and still feeling very comfortable.

The ear pads are sturdy, but soft. They do not wear easily and can resist extensive wear. You may extend the headphones to better fit the size and shape of your head. Should the ear pads experience extensive wear beyond your tolerance, replacing them is a breeze.

Charging time takes about an hour and a half from zero to full, and the battery lasts a very long time comparing to most other models.

The Bose Soundlink Bluetooth headphones can fold and fit into small spaces for transportation or safekeeping.

Who are these headphones for?

Music junkies. Listen to music around the house, on the go, on the bus, in the airplane, or anywhere else you want to enjoy music.

Wireless junkies. Don't want to be bound to your device with a cable? Choose to be free by using wireless headphones.

Exercise junkies. These headphones are great to listen to music while walking or jogging. Simply wipe them after use and they're good as new.

Why pick bluetooth over wireless USB?

Wireless USB requires a USB device specifically for your headphones. Unlike bluetooth, which can connect to virtually any device that supports bluetooth sound, wireless USB headphones may only connect to devices with a USB port. That rules out your phone and tablet. Moreover, bluetooth allows you to pair with multiple devices, and switch between devices with a single button.

Which devices can it connect to?

You are able to connect these headphones to virtually any bluetooth supporte device. Your iPhone, Android, or iPad, or Galaxy Tab. If you want to connect them to your desktop computer or laptop, your computer/laptop must have a bluetooth adapter installed.

What are some negatives about the Bose Soundlink Bluetooth headphones?

There are a couple negatives about these headphones. The first thing, and the biggest one in my opinion, is that you cannot use them while they are charging. This can be avoided if you simply remember to charge them before using, but for those of us who are lazy and forgetful, we may find outselves in a call that has to abruptly end as the headphones call out to be charged.

Bluetooth is an old technology. Sometimes, you may lose a link to your computer, and getting that link back may require restarting your computer, and tinkering with bluetooth devices. This is no fault of the headphones, as the manufacturer has little control over how bluetooth fundamentally works and communicates with devices. Sometimes your operating system simply decides it doesn't want your headphones to connect, and it will take some troubleshooting to make it work.

Conclusion

Overall, this is great pair of headphones. Lightweight, nice audio quality, recording quality, very long battery life, quick recharge, comfortable to wear, and great connectivity.
